ARIS Engineers provided civil and structural services for Providence Town Centre, located in South Ripley, QLD. The $65m 8,000m2 centre provides almost 30 shops, including a Coles supermarket, Green Leaves Early Learning childcare centre, and Priceline Pharmacy, as well as over 400 parking spaces.

- Construction documentation and delivery
- Post completion services
The centre is also targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating, with sustainability initiatives including a 440kVA solar system on the centre’s rooftop and a 770kW battery.
