ARIS Engineers is proud to be supporting the delivery of the Paradise in Parkinson residential development for New Milestone Consulting, contributing civil engineering expertise to this growing residential community.
Construction of Stages 4 and 5 is officially underway, with BULL undertaking the works. These latest stages will deliver an additional 72 residential lots, marking another significant milestone in the development of the estate.
ARIS Engineers has been engaged to provide comprehensive civil engineering services across the project, including:
- Development Application concepts
- Detailed design
- Coordination with the local authority and water authority
- Tender management
- Contract management and Superintendent duties
- Construction stage services
Through its involvement from the initial design and approval stages through to construction, ARIS continues to work closely with the project team to support the successful delivery of the development.
