ARIS Engineers is delivering civil engineering services for Liven Coastline at Elliott Heads, a new masterplanned retirement community being delivered for Liven LLC.
Located on a site extending over 15 hectares, the development has been carefully planned to create a vibrant, connected community that promotes an active and fulfilling lifestyle for future residents. Once complete, Liven Coastline will comprise 316 homes, 146 parking spaces, and an extensive range of premium lifestyle amenities. Residents will have access to a variety of recreational and social facilities, including dining and bar venues, as well as pickleball and tennis courts, lawn bowls, golf simulators, gyms, cinemas, a swimming pool, landscaped parks, and other community-focused spaces.
ARIS Engineers has been engaged to provide civil engineering services throughout the project’s lifecycle, with our scope including:
- Staged Development Applications
- Development Application concept design
- Operational Works design
- Tender period services
- Construction stage services
- Contract administration and superintendent services
- As constructed plans and QA reviews
