ARIS Engineers provided services including:

- Specific civil services, including bulk earthworks, internal road and linemarking works, stormwater works, and Council lodgements.
Delivered under the SEQ City Deal, the redevelopment has transformed the existing facility into a contemporary destination designed to support recreation, health, and wellbeing for residents and visitors of all ages. The upgraded precinct provides enhanced amenities and facilities that will serve the community for years to come, and has received a 5-Star Green Star rating.
