ARIS conducted civil and structural works on Building C at Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast. It is the third building to be completed the campus by ARIS and adds to the Southern Cross University Precinct.
The six-level building houses a new Library, SCU College, the School of Law and Justice, teaching and learning spaces, a café and a 560-seat lecture theatre.
Design constraints successfully managed by ARIS included the adjacency of the Gold Coast airport and making provision for a future rail corridor.
