ARIS assisted with the addition of resort style state of the art facility to the existing Tricare Cypress Gardens Residential Aged Care facility.
The structural works undertaken by ARIS provide a three-story extension with a basement carpark and 69 new rooms. The building also features numerous community spaces such as lounges, dining rooms, terraces and the new main entry to the facility.
ARIS provided feasibility, design development and construction services in both the structural and civil disciplines for this project.
