The state-of-the-art health and research-focused facility in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct completed in early 2026 will provide 8 levels of space for lease over 12,000m2, 3 basement carparks and a link bridge to the Gold Coast Private Hospital.
The new research and development centre includes clinical, research, laboratory, specialist consulting and radiology spaces.
ARIS worked with Icon during the project tender to value manage the building structure. The building is also expected to recieve a 6 star green star certification.
