Project Completion: Boggo Road Urban Village
ARIS Engineers has played a key role in bringing the new Boggo Road Urban Village to life, providing civil and structural engineering expertise for the landmark development in Dutton Park.
Interfacing with the existing infrastructure presented interesting design challenges across the site. ARIS engineers collaborated effectively with the wider design team to tie in to and work around the existing gaol, EcoSciences precinct and tunnel.
Delivered in collaboration with Stockwell and CPO Architects, the boutique retail centre was designed to support the area’s rapid growth while celebrating its unique location adjacent to one of Brisbane’s most significant transport interchanges and the historic Boggo Road Gaol.
The completed precinct introduces a range of essential services and lifestyle amenities to the local community, including a new supermarket, medical and dental facilities, and a diverse selection of dining options. Positioned within easy walking distance of major public transport connections, the development enhances convenience and accessibility for residents, workers, and visitors alike.
