Anchoring this over-50s lifestyle resort is the Livewell Centre, a connected community hub featuring a range of facilities, including a library, cinema, and gymnasium.
ARIS Engineers has been engaged throughout all stages of the project, providing a comprehensive suite of civil engineering services to support the successful delivery of the development, including:
- Stormwater management planning and documentation
- Earthworks detailed design and documentation
- Internal road detailed design and documentation
- Site sewer and water connection detailed design and documentation
- Council submissions and statutory lodgements
