ARIS worked collaboratively with the Scentre Group and QIC on multiple facets of this large-scale subdivision project located within the Coomera Town Centre Precinct.
The project included the delivery of major roadworks, water reticulation, sewer reticulation, stormwater trunk drainage and high-voltage electrical and street lighting.
Additionally, ARIS provided:
- Design solutions for stormwater quality treatment and conveyance to maximise development opportunities for the client.
- The required State Government Approvals for works in close proximity to the Queensland Rail Corridor.
