ARIS were engaged to provide engineering services for stages 1-6 of works at Rosebank Estate, a residential property development located in the growing suburb of Logan Reserve. These stages included 148 lots of the overall master planned 272 lots.
The project teams expertise was called upon to provide an innovative solution for site overland and creek flood issues. The resulting design utilised a reshaping of the flooded area to maximise the development footprint and provide large open landscape spaces.
ARIS completed DA services including site masterplanning, prepared design and completed construction stage services which included contract management and superintendent roles.
