ARIS worked with KDL Property Group on the development of an 80-lot residential subdivision at Park Ridge, a vibrant suburb on the outskirts of Logan City.
Services provided by ARIS included bulk earthworks, temporary stormwater treatment devices, site detail design and lot layout strategies to maximise financial returns to the client.
ARIS also provided construction phase services for this project including tendering, contract management and construction supervision and inspections.
