ARIS Engineers were engaged by Greenfort Capital and Reside Communities for the development of the currently vacant land at the existing Maleny Grove Retirement Community to provide a staged development application, detailed design, construction documentation, construction stage services, and post construction completion.
By 2027, the Maleny Grove retirement community will comprise of 94 two- and three-bedroom villas, and will feature facilities such as a gym, café, beauty salon, library, and indoor heated swimming pool.
