ARIS Engineers have been engaged to provide civil engineering services for the development of the new Solana Agnes Waters lifestyle resort. On completion, the resort will feature 210 two- and three-bedroom homes and 18 different facilities, including a cinema, gymnasium, pools, community garden and hall, library, tennis court, and bowling green.

Stages 1 and 2
Stages 1 and 2 are now complete. ARIS Engineers provided the following services to Stages 1 and 2:
Stage 1 included:
- Updates to stormwater management plans
- Detailed design and documentation
Stage 2 included:
- Bulk earthworks
- Internal roadworks and pavements
- Road pavement designs
- Retaining walls
- Stormwater management
- Signage and linemarking
Stage 3
Construction has begun for Stage 3 of Solana Agnes Waters. Services provided by ARIS for this stage will include:
- Site inspections
- Preparation and coordination for detailed design and documentation
- QA documentation
- Preparation of as constructed civil engineering plans and final certification collation
- Submission of council as constructed packages.
