ARIS Engineers were engaged by GreenFort Capital to provide structural and civil engineering services for Stages 1 to 4 of the new Fairway Carindale Retirement Village for Pacific Golf Club and Reside Communities.
Stages 1 and 2
Stages 1 and 2 consisted of five multi-level residential blocks over podium slabs with carparking beneath. For these completed stages, ARIS provided services including:
- Concept design services, which included:

- Preparation of earthworks and servicing concepts
- Assist with carparking layout and internal circulation options.
- Liaised with local authorities/stakeholders regarding preferred siteworks options, as required.
- Documentation phase services, which included meeting attendance, provision of cost-effective advice, preparation of technical specifications, and civil design certification.
- Construction phase services, which included technical quality inspections of all civil elements, additional design and documentation to suit site constraints and variations, undertake final inspections, and provided final certifications.
Fairway Carindale offer facilities such as a cinema, bar and dining areas, beauty salon, gymnasium, indoor heated pool, and a library, as well as the new, state-of-the-art golf and clubhouse facilities.
