ARIS Engineers were engaged by Liven LLC to provide civil engineering expertise to develop the masterplanned Liven Coastline retirement community.
ARIS Engineers are engaged to provide services including:
- Staged development application
- DA concept design
- Operational works design
- Tender period services
- Construction stage services
- Contract administration and superintendent
- As constructed plans and QA reviews
The community will span over 15 hectares, comprising of 316 homes, 146 parking spaces, and facilities such as dining and bar establishments, and recreational sporting activities including pickleball, tennis, lawn bowls, and golf simulators, gyms, cinemas, swimming pool, and parks.
