ARIS Engineers were engaged by GreenFort Capital to provide civil engineering services for the new $105M Liven Carabella Retirement Community in Gowrie Junction, just 13km Northwest fo Toowoomba.
ARIS Engineers will provide services including:
- Reviewing staging and value engineering options.
- Development application, including stormwater management plan and civil engineering reports, code responses, and coordination with the consultant team.
- Concept design, including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage design, and internal roadways.
The retirement village will include 422 two-bedroom houses, 171 visitor car parking spaces, and will feature a cinema, pool, spa, health and wellness centre, café, bar and dining areas, an indoor golf room, and plenty of other facilities.
